Time Recording for Multiple Persons and Infotypes

Report RPTENT00 allows you to record absences IT2001, attendances IT2002, substitutions IT2003, employee remuneration IT2010 and time balance revisions IT2012 for multiple personnel numbers using a variety of organizational and personnel structures.

Assigning OT Compensation Types in Attendances IT2002

You can now assign overtime compensation types in attendances IT2002 instead of using IT2005 overtime.

Enhancements to Time Off Entitlements

You can use tables to configure base entitlements to default when absence quotas IT2006 are created.

You can generate absence quotas per payroll period, month or year using report RPTQTA00.

A new "mini-schema" TQTA has been created to accrue absence quotas and a new time management status has been created in planned working time IT0007 for this purpose.

You can now compensate absence quotas using the time quota compensation infotype IT0416 eliminating the need to accomplish this within personnel calculation rules.

A new program RPTLEACONV allows you to convert leave entitlement IT0005 records to absence quota IT2006 records by mapping old IT0005 leave types to IT20006 absence quota types.

Using Date Types for Accruals

You can use a date type from IT0041 date specifications to determine the base period or accrual period.

During shift planning the Assignment Assistant displays employees already assigned to a requirement, allowing you to change employees' assignments based on scheduling needs.

When planning shifts the Assignment Assistant proposes employees who could be assigned to requirements.

You can now display up to four information columns.

Customizable Automatic Proposal Determination

You can now customize, set parameters and prioritize for the Determine Assignment Proposal function allowing you to automatically schedule available employees to cover staffing requirements.

Pair formation is now an automatic part of time evaluation RPTIME00 and the switch is no longer available on the selection screen for the program.

ADDZL - new control indicator *B adjusts the start time to a modified number field.

DYNDP - variants can now be taken into account in dynamic daily work schedule assignment.

OUTWP - parameter EXMPT can be used to query the exempt indicator.
