Process Efficiency
It's common to have HR business processes that don't align well with the HR system. This doesn't mean you had a bad implementation or that your team did shoddy work, it simply reflects the reality that it is nearly impossible to achieve a high degree of business & system process alignment during a system implementation. You give it your best shot, and recognize there is more that can be done. And it's common that as business processes and system capabilities change over time that you end up with inefficiencies.
